  1. Les diffuseurs T3 sont-ils universels ?

    Non, les diffuseurs T3 ne sont pas tous universels. Veuillez vérifier les spécifications de votre sèche-cheveux ou de votre diffuseur afin de vous assurer qu’ils fonctionneront bien ensemble.

  2. Mon produit ne fonctionne pas correctement. Que dois-je faire ?

    Consultez notre page d’information sur la garantie afin de vous assurer que votre produit spécifique répond bien aux conditions de réclamation au titre de la garantie.     Notre service client est à votre écoute du lundi au vendredi, de 9:00 à 18:00 (GMT+2). Le temps de réponse peut être plus long en raison des jours fériés :

    En raison du nombre important de demandes, notre délai de réponse est d’environ deux (02) jours. Veuillez également vérifier dans vos courriers indésirables. Si malgré tout vous n’avez toujours pas reçu de réponse, nous vous invitons à nous contacter.

  6. J’ai retourné mon produit pour obtenir un produit de remplacement, mais je ne l’ai pas toujours pas reçu.

    En fonction de votre situation géographique, un délai allant jusqu’à 3 semaines est possible pour recevoir un produit de remplacement après réception et évaluation du produit renvoyé. Si vous n’avez toujours pas reçu votre produit après cette période d’attente, nous vous invitons à nous contacter.

Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code requires select businesses to disclose policies relating to the sharing of certain categories of customers' personal information with third-parties. These businesses are required to accept such requests from customers but are only required to honor one request per calendar year. In each instance, businesses have thirty (30) days to respond to each inquiry. Each inquiring customer is entitled to receive an explanation of the categories of customer information shared and the names and addresses of the third-party businesses. In limited circumstances, customers' failure to submit requests in the manner specified will not require a response from the business.

If you are a resident of California and a current T3 Micro customer, you may be eligible to request such information from T3 Micro by sending an email correspondence noting your name, address, and email address to Customer Service (add hyperlink). Further, you must also include a request that T3 Micro provide such information to you using the following or similar text in your correspondence.

"I request that T3 Micro provide its third-party information sharing disclosures required by Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code."
